MVS45 XP: packaging machine with internal vacuum tracking

With the new MVS XP line, the vacuum inside the package can be tracked: a new and revolutionary concept for internal vacuum packaging, an exclusive innovation in true minipack®-torre style.

Some models in the range of chamber vacuum machines offer the possibility of obtaining, for each packaging operation, a label showing the essential processing information.

The control panel installed on these machines is also newly designed and packed with functions, at the cutting edge of technology for the food industry. The control panel allows operations to be set quickly thanks to its interactivity and ease of navigation, and helps the user schedule technical and service operations.

The entire new line of XP chamber vacuum packaging machines is CE/ETL/NSF certified.

A SERIES OF UNIQUE ADVANTAGES

  • Newly designed liquid-crystal CONTROL DISPLAY: it provides a wide range of packaging information and is characterised by simple, fast management of operating settings, as well as the possibility of scheduling technical and service operations on the machine at the end user’s premises
  • PRELIMINARY DIAGNOSIS of technical problems directly from the display, through the check-up function, without opening the machine
  • Possibility of recalling the types of product to be packaged, divided into macro-categories (meat, fish, cheese, vegetables, etc.)
  • Possibility of entering the type of inert gas (e.g. FOOD1-2-3) and setting (within a submenu) the percentage of the gases composing the mixture (e.g. O2=10% N=70% CO2=20%), transferring the set data onto the label. This function is particularly valuable when external mixers are used
  • Possibility of selecting subcategories (e.g. meat: veal, beef, poultry, pork, etc.) for each product macro-category
  • Automatic preparation of packaging operations with suggested or default values after selecting the subcategories; the expiry date can then be entered as an optional setting
  • EASY PULSE function to simplify programming, allowing the operator to recall functions that have already been set and parameterised
  • Programmable print option for issuing the vacuum certification label and selecting the number of copies to be applied to the individual packages produced in each cycle
  • Electronic SOFT AIR, designed with different speed levels, for gradual air re-entry into the chamber without sudden package collapse (ideal for products with sharp edges)
  • CP-CONDITIONING PROGRAM function for pump start-up; it eliminates oil-liquid emulsions that settle in the pump tank. Use is recommended after long periods of machine inactivity
  • EXTERNAL VACUUM option for creating a vacuum inside a container external to the machine and connected directly to the tank by a tube
  • Possibility of creating a vacuum by setting the time, excluding the vacuum sensor reading.

THE CHEF’S OPINION

Creativity and efficiency come together in the new vacuum machines from minipack®-torre.

Designed to optimise timing and work organisation in professional kitchens, they offer features that are unique on the market. The special marinating programme that facilitates the infusion of spices, aromas, sauces and syrups, the programme dedicated to sealing preparations while still hot, and the automatic printing of a label compliant with the HACCP protocol: important innovations which, together with the possibility of cooking vacuum-packed products at low temperature, represent valuable support for every chef.

An extra pair of hands you can rely on in the kitchen.
