Who we are

Our father with his determination, cheeky courage and a lot of work steeped in creativity started from nothing, with no economic resources behind him to support his business. The passion for his work and the awareness of creating something unique and innovative were the driving force behind his enterprise.

His incredible entrepreneurial skills have enabled the company to become an internationally renowned brand and synonymous with quality ‘Made in Italy’. A passion for mechanics and an innate ability to find innovative solutions have always been his hallmark and have become a hallmark of minipack worldwide.

From an early age, we children have lived inside the factory, putting our hands into the mechanics, running between the numerically controlled machines, breathing in the scent. Today we are called upon to lead minipack towards new future challenges, aware of the lessons we have learned.

So we want to thank our father for this important legacy and because he taught us that great works are built with courage and perseverance! That negative events do not come to bend us, but to make us realise how strong we are!

It is in passing on our strength, determination, passion, creativity and unquestionable love for the company that we hope to always remain faithful to free thinking and the courage to dare, to always be able to break existing patterns and balances, to go beyond the unimpeachable, aware that continuous improvement is the road to success.

That is why we wish him to continue to infect us with his drive and determination for many years to come!
