MVS31 XP: the chamber vacuum packaging machine with vacuum tracking

With the new MVS XP series of chamber vacuum packaging machines, the vacuum created during the packaging process can be tracked: an innovative and revolutionary feature for internal vacuum packaging, typical of the continuous drive for innovation that characterises all packaging machines designed by minipack®-torre.

Indeed, some models in the series make it possible to print dedicated labels for each operation, showing all the most important information about the packaging process.

In these chamber vacuum packaging machines, another innovative and highly functional element is the control panel: a real flagship feature that incorporates pioneering technologies for the food packaging sector. Thanks to its high level of interactivity and the ease of navigation through the functions, the panel allows quick setting of the operations, helping the operator to schedule technical service interventions with precision.

The entire range of XP chamber vacuum packaging machines has obtained CE/ETL/NSF certification.

A SERIES OF UNIQUE ADVANTAGES

  • CONTROL DISPLAY with a new liquid-crystal design: it provides a wide range of packaging information and is characterised by simple, fast management of the operating settings, as well as the possibility to program technical interventions and service on the machine at the end user’s premises
  • PRELIMINARY DIAGNOSIS of the machine’s technical problems directly from the display, through the check-up function, without opening the machine
  • Possibility to recall the types of product to be packaged, divided into macro-categories (meat, fish, cheese, vegetables, etc.)
  • Possibility to enter the type of inert gas (e.g. FOOD1-2-3) and set, in a submenu, the percentage of the gases that make up the mixture (e.g. O2=10% N=70% CO2=20%), transferring the set data onto the label. This function is particularly effective when external mixers are used
  • Possibility to select subcategories (e.g. meat: veal, beef, poultry, pork, etc.) for each product macro-category
  • Automatic preparation of the packaging operations with suggested or default values after the subcategories have been selected; the expiry date can optionally be programmed
  • EASY PULSE function for simplified programming, with the advantage for the operator of recalling already set and parametric functions
  • Programmable print option for issuing the vacuum certification label and selecting the number of copies to be applied to the individual packs produced in each cycle
  • Electronic SOFT AIR, designed with different speed levels, for the gradual return of air into the chamber without sudden collapse of the package (ideal for products with sharp edges)
  • CP-CONDITIONING PROGRAM function for pump start-up; it allows the removal of oil-liquid emulsions that settle in the pump tank. Its use is recommended after long periods of machine inactivity
  • EXTERNAL VACUUM option for creating a vacuum inside a container external to the machine and connected by a tube directly to the chamber
  • Possibility to create the vacuum by setting the time, excluding the vacuum sensor reading.

THE CHEF’S OPINION

Creativity and efficiency come together in the new vacuum machines by minipack®-torre.

Designed to optimise time and work organisation in professional kitchens, they offer features that are unique on the market. The special marinating program, which facilitates the infusion of spices, aromas, sauces and syrups; the program dedicated to sealing preparations while still hot; and the automatic printing of a label compliant with the HACCP protocol: important innovations that, together with the possibility to cook the vacuum-packed product at low temperature, provide valuable support for every chef.

The extra hand you can count on in the kitchen.
