The MVS X line includes a range of chamber vacuum packaging machines featuring high-quality technological and functional content, while still remaining extremely easy to use. Collaboration with leading chefs during the development and design phase has made it possible to enhance the functions offered by these latest-generation products, taking into account the specific needs of professional users.
The touch-control keypad (membrane switch) is adhesive and bonded to the front of the machine body to prevent liquids from entering the circuit board. The control panel allows up to 10 customized programs to be set.
The display shows a dedicated message when an oil change is required. The electronic sensor interprets the data directly from the circuit board and reads the vacuum level achieved inside the chamber. Finally, the chamber vacuum packaging machines can also be calibrated to correct any atmospheric pressure variations at different altitudes.
