The PRATIKA 56 MPE X2 was developed through constant attention to market needs, with the aim of offering a shrink-wrapping machine that is technologically advanced while also versatile and user-friendly.

This optional, applied to the sides of the “film guide rollers”, is equipped with a photocell that detects interruption of film passage. The Touch Screen displays the alarm indicating that the film reel is empty. If the Pratika packaging machine equipped with this device is interfaced with other machines upstream of the line, it can stop the arrival of products to be packaged until the reel has been changed.

The 300x200 mm pressure pad, covered with foam rubber, presses on the pack just before sealing, allowing air to escape from the bag. This optional is particularly recommended for users who only need to make a bag without shrink-wrapping and for users who need to package very light and delicate products during shrink-wrapping.

This optional speeds up film reel changeover. Before the film in the machine runs out, the finished reel must be joined to the new one so that the new film is correctly pulled over the triangles. It is also useful to install optional KR210071 “reel end warning photocell kit”.
Roller guide kit for infeed conveyor Pratika 56 MPE X1/X2

It consists of a system of side roller guides fixed to the guides on the infeed conveyor. The kit is particularly recommended when packaging products with different shapes/dimensions, unstable and delicate products (such as fruit and vegetables), as the product in contact with the roller guides does not deteriorate.

This 0.7 m long roller conveyor, applied at the machine outfeed, is necessary to ensure operator safety when the machine is not combined with the Shrink Tunnel. Remote assistance kit (Industry 4.0)

This device (optional), installed inside the electrical cabinet, allows remote assistance to be performed on all electronic equipment (PLC, HMI, inverters, drives) installed on your machine. By connecting your internet network to the machine, the device will provide diagnostics through a direct connection with the “Service Centre” at the Dalmine site (Italy), which will then be able to carry out the necessary operations. For correct operation of this optional, the purchase of the 3G UMTS dongle is also recommended.
