This optional is an energy meter installed inside the machine’s electrical cabinet, ideal for instantly monitoring current (A), voltage (V) and energy (kW) consumption. The meter has menu keys to access the settings/information required for use and a display panel showing the measurements. Current (A), voltage (V) and energy (kW) measurements can also be viewed from the machine operator panel (display).
Box for remote support
Optional device for remote assistance of electronic equipment, allowing remote diagnostics by connecting to the Service Centre in Dalmine (Italy). The purchase of the 3G UMTS dongle is recommended for correct operation.
Stainless steel loading shelf kit Pratika 55 Smart
It facilitates product insertion into the machine by creating a support surface outside the packaging machine.
Foot pedal kit Pratika 56 MPE X1/X2 - Pratika 56/80-T MPS - Pratika 55 Smart
The foot switch is particularly used on machines where the production process requires the operator to use both hands. The pedal allows the operator to START and STOP the machine with their foot, without assistance from other people.

This wireless push-button panel can be used to start and stop the machine remotely up to 25 metres away.
Height-adjustment feet kit (810-920 mm) Pratika 55 Smart
This optional, consisting of 4 feet fixed to the body, allows the conveyor height to be adjusted from a minimum of 810 mm to a maximum of 920 mm. Note: the conveyor height in standard configuration (with wheels) is 870 mm.
“Film end” photocell kit Pratika 55 Smart
This optional is equipped with a photocell that detects interruption of film passage. The Touch Screen displays the alarm indicating that the film reel is empty. If the Pratika packaging machine equipped with this device is interfaced with other machines upstream of the line, it can stop the arrival of products to be packaged until the reel has been changed.
“Reel end warning” photocell kit Pratika 55 Smart
This optional, consisting of a photocell + reflector, warns via an alarm on the Touch Screen when the film reel is running out. This optional is very useful for optimising reel changeover times: between the Touch Screen warning and the actual end of the film, the operator has time to retrieve the new reel.
Photocell kit for printed film Pratika 55 Smart
This optional consists of a special photocell that reads printed marks on the film. It is required for users working with printed film who need to position the print in a precise position on the packaged product.

“Come Back” conveyor kit with protection Pratika 55 Smart T50
This patented system of belts, installed on Pratika 55 Smart T50, allows the packaged product coming out of the tunnel to go back to the operator. At the tunnel exit, there is a protection that ensures safety for the operator. It is the only system in the world whereby an automatic shrink-wrap packaging machine can be used by a single operator, guaranteeing the company great savings.
Double-roller conveyor belt kit Pratika 55 Smart T50
Compared with the standard version, this conveyor belt features twice the number of rollers, reducing the gap between adjacent rollers. This configuration improves the handling of small products, preventing them from becoming trapped or falling between the rollers. The result is smoother product flow, greater product stability and improved continuity throughout the packaging process.
Product presser kit Pratika 55 Smart T50
This optional kit, applied to the sealing frame, limits the amount of air remaining inside the bag after sealing. The 200x200 mm rubber foam-coated supporting presser ledge presses on the package just before sealing, letting air out of the bag. This optional kit is particularly recommended when it is only necessary to process a bag without shrink-wrapping and when packaging very light and delicate products during shrink-wrapping.

This 0.5 m long roller conveyor, consisting of idle rollers, helps products exit the tunnel.
Remote assistance kit (Industry 4.0)
This device (optional), installed inside the electrical cabinet, allows remote assistance to be performed on all electronic equipment (PLC, HMI, inverters, drives) installed on your machine. By connecting your internet network to the machine, the device will provide diagnostics through a direct connection with the “Service Centre” at the Dalmine site (Italy), which will then be able to carry out the necessary operations. For correct operation of this optional, the purchase of the 3G UMTS dongle is also recommended.
