MVS65 XP: professional vacuum packaging machine with automatic tracking

On many models of the chamber vacuum machines in the MVS XP series, it is possible to track the vacuum level inside the package: an exclusive function, perfectly in line with the innovative spirit of minipack®-torre.

For each process, the machine can be set to print a label summarising the main characteristics of the packaging operation.

A second innovative element of these vacuum packaging machines is the display, which incorporates a range of cutting-edge technologies for the food sector. The wide selection of functions can be accessed quickly and immediately, allowing packaging operations to be set up rapidly. In addition, the display makes it possible to view technical service and assistance requirements in just a few taps.

The entire new line of XP chamber vacuum packaging machines has obtained CE/ETL/NSF certifications.

A SERIES OF UNIQUE ADVANTAGES

  • CONTROL DISPLAY with a new-concept LCD design: it provides extensive packaging information and stands out for the simplicity and speed with which operating settings can be managed, as well as for the possibility of programming technical interventions and machine servicing at the end user’s premises
  • PRELIMINARY DIAGNOSIS of the machine’s technical problems directly from the display, through the check-up function without opening the machine
  • Possibility of recalling the types of product to be packaged, divided into macro-categories (meat, fish, cheese, vegetables…)
  • Possibility of entering the type of inert gas (e.g. FOOD1-2-3) and setting, within a submenu, the percentage of gases that make up the mixture (e.g. O2=10% N=70% CO2=20%), transferring the set data onto the label. This function offers excellent performance when external mixers are used
  • Possibility of selecting subcategories (e.g. meat: veal, beef, poultry, pork…) for each product macro-category
  • Automatic setup of packaging operations with suggested or default values after selecting the subcategories; the entry of the expiry date remains optional and programmable
  • EASY PULSE function to simplify programming, giving the operator the advantage of recalling functions that have already been set and parameterised
  • Programmable print option for issuing the vacuum certification label and choosing the number of copies to be applied to the individual packages produced in each cycle
  • Electronic SOFT AIR, designed with different speed levels, for the gradual return of air into the chamber without sudden package collapse (ideal for products with sharp edges)
  • CP-CONDITIONING PROGRAM function for pump activation; it allows oil-liquid emulsions deposited in the pump tank to be removed. Use is recommended after prolonged periods of machine inactivity
  • EXTERNAL VACUUM option for creating a vacuum inside a container external to the machine and connected by a tube directly to the tank
  • Possibility of creating the vacuum by setting the time, excluding the vacuum sensor reading.

THE CHEF’S OPINION

Creativity and efficiency come together in the new vacuum machines from minipack®-torre.

Designed to optimise time and work organisation in professional kitchens, they offer features that are unique on the market. The special marinating programme, which facilitates the infusion of spices, aromas, sauces and syrups; the programme dedicated to sealing preparations while still hot; and the automatic printing of a label compliant with the HACCP protocol are important innovations that, together with the possibility of cooking vacuum-packed products at low temperature, provide valuable support for every chef.

An extra pair of hands you can rely on in the kitchen.
