Automatic case sealer

Our automatic case sealers close cardboard boxes by applying two strips of WAT gummed paper tape, one on the top and one on the bottom of the box.

This model combines operational simplicity and intelligent automation: the operator handles box loading and unloading, while box sizing is carried out fully automatically.
Thanks to the photocells installed at the infeed, the machine detects the box dimensions and automatically adjusts the position of the upper taping unit and the belt width, ensuring precise, fast and consistently uniform sealing.

The case sealer is suitable for closing cardboard boxes with dimensions within the following parameters:

Width: from 150 mm (min) to 600 mm (max)
Height: from 150 mm (min) to 600 mm (max)
Length: from 250 mm (min) to unlimited
(length refers to the dimension in the taping direction)

WATER ACTIVATED TAPE

WAT tape is made from 100% biodegradable materials of plant origin. It is fully biodegradable, recyclable and reusable.

Water-activated WAT tape (also commonly known as gummed paper tape, gum tape or kraft paper tape) bonds instantly to both virgin and recycled fibre surfaces.

It creates an immediate destructive bond, resulting in tamper-evident packaging.
