The machine enables the automatic closing of the upper flaps of cardboard boxes and sealing with two strips of WAT water-activated tape.

Boxes coming from the automatic line are conveyed onto the motorized roller conveyor, while the self-sizing system automatically adjusts the belt width, the positioning of the flap-folding unit and the upper taping unit, ensuring efficient and fast processing.

The case sealer is suitable for closing cardboard boxes within the following size range:

• Width: from 150 mm (min) to 600 mm (max)

• Height: from 150 mm (min) to 600 mm (max)

• Length: from 250 mm (min) to unlimited
  (length refers to the dimension in the taping direction)

WAT tape is made from 100% biodegradable plant-based materials. It is fully biodegradable, recyclable and reusable.

Water-activated WAT tape (also commonly known as gummed paper tape, gummed tape or kraft paper tape) bonds instantly to both virgin and recycled fiber surfaces.

It creates an immediate destructive bond, resulting in tamper-evident packaging.
