Bundlings

The types of minipack® bundlings

Minipack proposes a range of automatic and semi-automatic bundlings characterised by their great compactness, high performance and excellent safety standards, guaranteed by a photocell that blocks the activity of the sealing bar in the presence of obstacles.

All Minipack bundling models are certified according to current European standards. The wide range of optional extras and functionalities allows these machines to be particularly versatile, suitable for every packaging need.

Minipack bundlings offer advanced shrink wrapping solutions, ideal for creating single or multipack packaging with maximum precision and safety. Designed to meet the needs of different industries, our machines ensure an automated and efficient process, reducing processing time and optimising packaging stability.

From the basic Altairalle high-speed Gamma solutions to the innovative technology of the Vega line without sealing bar, each model is designed to improve productivity and packaging quality. Discover the complete range of bundlings and find the solution that best suits your needs.

Bundlings for single or multipack packaging

A bundling is a packaging machine optimised for the use of polyethylenefilm, suitable for packaging requiring a thicker film. Usually, bundlings are used to pack plastic bottles, cans of various types. However, these machines are flexible enough to pack all kinds of products, both single and multiple.

The range of Minipack bundlings is very varied and rich, with more than 50 different models. There are 7 main categories, each suitable for a particular application;

  1. Altari P line is the basic line, with one-piece machines, very simple to use, and capable of creating single or multipacks from products already grouped together;
  2. Altair L are ready for in-line entry;
  3. Altari AL line includes bundling models with a double motorised belt, before and after the sealing bar
  4. Altair P90 1 are equipped with a 90-degree loading conveyor, to create multipacks from separate products
  5. Sirio (High Speed) are automatic bundlings with an inverter that increases the loading and unloading speed
  6. The Gamma SLH line includes all machines with multi-line divider
  7. Finally, the Vega line consists of the film-throwing machines: the film in this case is self-sealing, without the need for a sealing bar. The result is a considerable increase in speed and efficiency.

Differences between automatic and semi-automatic bundlings

Our bundlings are differentiated into semi-automatic and automatic.

  • A semi-automatic bundling is equipped with a pneumatic pusher, and can also be used in manual mode, simply by pressing the appropriate switch.
  • An automatic bundling, on the other hand, operates by means of a motorised belt and is set up for direct in-line infeed, thanks to the fully automatic management of the infeed and outfeed exchange signals.
