The famous Milanese chef, Danilo Angè, has just published his first book on the sous-vide cooking, one of the most innovative cooking techniques in recent years. The book is the result of his intensive search which has lasted more than a decade and it offers a journey among flavors, creativity and high-tech instrumentation. Danilo Angè offers a wide panorama of recipes, cooking methods of various foods and detailed descriptions of the instruments employed for this technique.
