Hotelex Shanghai 2017

The record-breaking edition of Hotelex Shanghai 2017 has just finished. The edition’s approximately 2,500 exhibitors coming from all around the world and over 115,000 visitors is the confirmation of the great development catering sectors are currently enjoying in China. These numbers confirm Hotelex Shanghai 2017 as the most important trade fair in Asia for Ho.Re.Ca, Catering, Pizza, Ice Cream, Pastry and Coffee sectors.
