TUNNEL50 TWIN GT has been designed to integrate perfectly with the packaging machines in the PRATIKA range. Thanks to Schneider Electric electrical and electronic components, every aspect of shrink wrapping can finally be controlled. By connecting the TUNNEL to a PRATIKA automatic packaging machine, all parameters can be managed directly from the machine’s touch screen.
The double heating chamber with separate adjustment and control of fan speed and temperature, outstanding thermal insulation, high product transit and shrink speed make this tunnel the ideal machine for handling any packaging requirement with extreme efficiency. The new conveyor belt made of high-temperature plastic material ensures greater product stability and reduced wear.

Plexiglass infeed guard kit Tunnel 50 Twin GT
The Plexiglass guard installed between the “Pratika 56” automatic packaging machine and the “Tunnel 50 Twin GT” allows the operator to work in complete safety, preventing the risk of hands entering the transit area.

Module kit for transferring unstable products from “Pratika 56” a “Tunnel 50 Twin GT”
This kit, applied between the Pratika 56 outfeed conveyor and the shrink tunnel infeed conveyor, allows very small or unstable products to pass through, preventing them from stopping between one conveyor and the other or falling.

Roller conveyor kit 1 m con guard Tunnel 50 Twin GT
This 1 m long roller conveyor is the ideal solution for handling very long products. It consists of simple rotating rollers on which the material to be transported slides. It is protected by a Plexiglass cover so that the operator cannot insert arms or hands inside the tunnel.

Product guide kit Tunnel 50 Twin GT
This optional, applied to the tunnel conveyor belt, is the ideal solution for packaging unstable or irregularly shaped products. The 2 adjustable side guides can contain products with a maximum width of up to 430 mm.
