TUNNEL 50 TWIN GT INOX has been designed to integrate perfectly with the packaging machines in the PRATIKA range. The version made entirely of stainless steel is ideal for the requirements of the food and pharmaceutical sectors.
Thanks to Schneider Electric electrical and electronic components, every aspect of shrink wrapping can be controlled. By connecting the TUNNEL to a PRATIKA automatic packaging machine, all parameters can be monitored directly from the machine’s touch screen.
The double heating chamber with separate adjustment and control of fan speed and temperature, exceptional thermal insulation, and high product transit and shrink-wrapping speed make this TUNNEL the ideal machine for handling every packaging situation with extreme efficiency. The new conveyor belt, made from plastic material ideal for high temperatures, ensures greater product stability and less wear.

This kit, applied between the Pratika 56 outfeed conveyor and the shrink tunnel infeed conveyor, allows very small or unstable products to pass through, preventing them from stopping between one conveyor and the other or falling.
Height-adjustment kit Tunnel 50 Twin GT Inox
This optional, made entirely of stainless steel and consisting of 4 supports fixed to the body, allows the conveyor height to be adjusted according to the worktop height of the machine at the infeed or outfeed. From a minimum of 770 mm to a maximum of 1050 mm.
Height-adjustment feet kit 870 ± 50 mm Tunnel 50 Twin GT stainless steel
This optional, consisting of 4 feet fixed to the body, allows the conveyor height to be adjusted from a minimum of 820 mm to a maximum of 920 mm. Note: the conveyor height in standard configuration (with wheels) is 870 mm.
Product guide kit Tunnel 50 Twin GT
This optional, applied to the tunnel conveyor belt, is the ideal solution for packaging unstable or irregularly shaped products. The 2 adjustable side guides can contain products with a maximum width of up to 430 mm.
