Thanks to the suggestions and feedback gathered from leading chefs during the development and design of the display, this chamber vacuum packaging machine has been created with a significant enhancement of the functions offered by the control panel, with the aim of meeting all the specific needs of professional use.
The control display allows up to 10 different customized programs to be set; in addition, a dedicated message on the panel indicates when an oil change is required.
To prevent any liquid from entering the board, the chamber vacuum machine is equipped with an adhesive tactile control keypad (membrane switch), hermetically applied to the front of the body.
Thanks to an innovative electronic sensor, capable of importing packaging data directly from the board, this chamber vacuum packaging machine reads the vacuum level achieved inside the chamber. The machine can be calibrated on site once positioned, in order to correct any pressure variations caused by different altitudes.
The boards of all minipack®-torre models feature a safety system to prevent the risk of overheating of the sealing bars.
