The DINAMIKA automatic packaging machine by MINIPACK is a 4.0 continuous-motion packaging machine designed to ensure high performance and precise control over every stage of the packaging process.

This automatic packaging machine stands out for its continuous-cycle production on 3 conveyor belts with a “Box Motion” front sealing system. Equipped with innovative, high-performance technology, it has been designed to package loose items or groups of products (food, commerce, graphic arts, mailing, large-scale retail, industry, textiles, etc.) using center-folded shrink film. The “Box Motion” sealing system, with a translating front sealing bar, allows packaging without machine stops, ensuring high productivity.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

• Front sealing system with “Box Motion” device: as products pass through, at the time of sealing, the carriage moves forward at the same speed as the belts, allowing the sealing bar to close while moving. Once sealing is complete, while the bar opens, the carriage reverses its movement and returns at maximum speed, waiting for a new product to pass through for sealing
• Continuous “Side Seal” side sealing system, allowing very long or variable-length products to be packaged (theoretically even infinite length)
• 6 brushless motors for the movement of: infeed belt, intermediate belt, outfeed belt, film drive, front sealing bar, “Box Motion” carriage
• 3 conveyor belts suitable for food packaging in compliance with the strictest hygiene, quality and food safety standards
• 7” color touchscreen control panel, rotatable by 180°
• Elco PLC.
